Chloe Dafe

Forensic Psychologist | Practitioner for The Bodart Practice

Chloe is a Forensic Psychologist with over six years of experience in the prison service and NHS. As a Senior Psychologist in the NHS, she worked with individuals facing complex emotional and psychological challenges, offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach drawing on CBT, CFT, ACT, MBT, and Narrative Therapy.

She has extensive experience supporting people with complex needs, including those in personality disorder services and with histories of trauma. Chloe provides psychoeducation to help clients understand attachment styles, self-harming behaviours, and unhelpful patterns, fostering insight and growth in a safe space. She also helps clients explore relationships and navigate interpersonal challenges with greater awareness and confidence.

With a particular interest in values-based and trauma-informed work, Chloe supports people in connecting with what matters most and taking meaningful action toward change. She has completed her EMDR qualification and training as a yoga teacher, integrating body-based and mindfulness practices into therapy where appropriate. Chloe is delighted to join the Bodart Practice, whose values align closely with her own.
