MEMBERSHIP USEAGE

All holders of a monthly membership are permitted to attend up to one group fitness class per day for the duration of their active membership.

While we want you to enjoy as many classes as possible, we do ask to adaopt a 'wait and see' approach if you would like to practice more than one class per day. This is so all members are can enjoy the space and are able to join classes daily. If you have already booked into a class, please avoid booking multiple sessions in one day. Like wise, we ask that all members commit to their class booking and refrain from ‘place holding’ on a waitlist for one class, while already securing a spot in another. If a space is available when a class is about to start we will happily book you in for more movement!

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

When you join us for a class, whether in person or online, you are joining a community and we kindly ask that you respect it as such. We ask that you treat your practitioners, teachers, therapists, front of house staff, fellow participants, and all other users of the space – either in person or online - with respect and kindness.

Please respect the safety of everyone in the space

We ask that you follow any guidance set out by your teacher with regards to your safety and that of others using our gym equipment. Please also adhere to any requests set out relating to the cleaning of equipment used before putting anything back where you found it. Please also be sure to familiarise yourself with our Covid-safety rules before entering the space, including the wearing of face masks around the space when not in class.
