Natalie has over ten years of therapeutic experience working with clients across the lifespan who face a wide range of challenges. Her background includes work within the NHS, with corporate clients, and in private practice. Her special interests include attachment, attachment trauma, and working with anxiety.
She is a chartered psychologist with the Association of Clinical Psychologists and an accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. She works with a range of short- and long-term therapy approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
