  • Release, restore, and reconnect with your body’s natural flow.

    This class pairs the deep stillness of Yin with the calming power of breathwork to guide you into a state of introspection and balance. We begin with gentle Pranayama (breathwork) to connect with our internal space, grounding ourselves in the present moment.

    As we settle into our Yin practice, we hold postures for 2-4 minutes, focusing on the connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and tendons. The aim of Yin is to balance Chi/Prana (life force energy) by working with the meridians of the energetic body. By holding these poses, we encourage the body to release tension and emotions, fostering deep relaxation and an open mind.

    The use of props supports these postures, allowing for greater comfort and a deeper connection to the breath. Through this practice, we tune 'yin-ward,' observing how the body speaks and inviting a surrender to the present moment.

    A balance of movement and rest. Our flow + restore classes combine vinyasa-flow with the deep, calming benefits of restorative postures. We begin with a fluid flow, linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and help focus the mind.

    As we transition into restorative poses, the pace slows down, allowing you to fully relax and release tension. These soothing postures support deep rest, promote recovery, and invite introspection.

    This practice is designed to leave you feeling both energised and deeply relaxed, with a sense of balance and calm.

  • Move, release, and find balance with this YinYang practice. 

    A unique blend of Yin+Yang. A slow flow Vinyasa (yang), where we transition from posture to posture with short pauses, linking breath, expansive movement, and intention. This dynamic portion of the practice ignites warmth and energy, building strength and flexibility.

    As we move into Yin postures, held for 2-3 minutes, we target the deeper layers of tissue, including fascia and tendons. These poses, typically positioned towards the end of the practice, cultivate stillness and introspection, allowing you to unwind fully.

    YinYang Yoga aims to balance the flow of Prana/Chi (life force energy), blending the fire of Vinyasa with the nourishment of Yin, creating a harmonious practice that helps you unwind, restore, and shine.

Calisthenics

    Our calisthenics: bodyweight class is a movement session designed to build strength, mobility, and functional movement through basic bodyweight exercises such as planks, squats, and lunges. Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking to improve their foundational movement patterns.

    Expect to improve your mobility, strength, and posture while leaving the class feeling energised and grounded. We train barefoot with a strong focus on breath, creating a mindful and effective workout experience. Open to all levels.

  • Calisthenics: Mobility focuses on improving the freedom and ease with which your joints move through their full range of motion. In this class, we’ll explore a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and possibly weights to build strength, flexibility, and mastery of your body's movement.

    We’ll use equipment where needed to assist in creating space and opening up the body. With a steady, breath-focused pace, you’ll work barefoot, allowing you to fully connect with your movement. This class is open to all levels, designed to help you move with more ease and unlock your body’s full potential.

Parent + Baby

Parent and Baby Classes are a fantastic way to reconnect with your body after the arrival of your little one, while also meeting and bonding with other local parents. These classes are designed to support your postnatal recovery with gentle movement, strength-building exercises, and stretches that focus on both you and your baby.

Expect a fun, supportive environment where you can engage with your little one while taking time for yourself. These sessions are perfect for easing back into exercise, strengthening your body, and connecting with other parents in the community.

  • Rebuild, restore, and connect with your body after birth.

    Our Parent + Baby Pilates classes are specifically designed to help new parents regain strength after pregnancy and birth. These classes focus on rebuilding the core and pelvic floor, while also stretching out the muscles most affected by nursing and carrying your little one.

    These sessions offer a supportive environment to focus on recovery and wellness, all while bonding with your baby. It’s the perfect way to rebuild your strength, ease tension, and restore balance in your body.

  • Train safely, build strength, and connect with your body.

    Our Parent + Baby Fitness classes are designed to help new parents train safely in a supportive group setting. Led by coaches who specialise in pre- and post-natal training, these sessions focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, as well as functional strength and conditioning tailored to your individual needs.

    The classes are designed to encourage you to recognise where you and your body are at, progressing at a pace that suits you. These sessions offer a welcoming environment to regain strength, improve fitness, and bond with your baby.

    Our Parent + Baby: Toddler Club is a playful, music-filled class designed for parents and their little ones (1 year+). This fun, interactive session combines movement, dance, and sensory activities to support your toddler’s development while creating opportunities for bonding and socialisation.

    Through engaging songs, rhythm, and simple dance moves, you'll explore ways to connect with your child while encouraging their movement and coordination. The class also includes sensory play to stimulate your toddler’s senses, helping them grow and learn through play.
